What our certificates actually cover
Every lot we list is sent to an independent, third-party analytical laboratory before it is released. The certificate that comes back is the one we publish - unedited, tied to the lot number printed on the vial.
We only badge a test if our certificates genuinely report it. If a panel is not on the certificate, it is not on this page.

Ordering, eligibility and certificates
What does research use only mean?
Every product on this site is supplied as a laboratory reference standard for in-vitro research. Nothing here is supplied for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide preparation, dosing or administration instructions.
Who can order?
Purchasers must confirm they are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or represent a qualified research entity. That confirmation is recorded with the order.
How do I find the certificate for what I received?
Scan the QR code on the vial or search the lot number printed on the label in the COA library. The record returned is the one for that lot.
How are orders shipped?
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET ship within two business days, with tracking emailed on dispatch. Shipping is a flat $10 within the United States and free over $200.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery with a return authorisation. Email support@vexumlabs.com with your order number to request one.
